Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a better view and sun in the afternoon, but the rooms were a little old-fashioned and small. The rooms were filled with smoke, which was unbearable, and there was a noisy tennis tournament under our window. The location was perfect for the beach and the festival, with varied levels of friendliness in service. The dining options, although good and varied, lacked savory choices. The hotel had lovely decor and comfortable seating, a fusion Indian restaurant nearby with incredible food, but there were drainage smells and noise issues.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the room had a dreadful smell from the drains nearby and endured noise from a tennis tournament under our window, it also boasted a sunny position for most of the day. The service was impressive, though being charged for ice due to sunburn was not expected. The location offered a relaxing escape with themed Bhudda decor, but noise in the corridors was a drawback. The dining experience had a lovely breakfast that set us up for the day, but lacked savory options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
